- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
Kummara makes no representation or guarantee that the Service will function perfectly at all times or achieve 100% uptime, accuracy, or availability. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect the Service's performance.
Kummara does not provide any technical support, customer service, troubleshooting, or assistance for the Service. Users are responsible for their own use of the Service, including any setup, data entry, or integration with other tools. Any questions, issues, or feedback may be submitted at your discretion, but Kummara is under no obligation to respond or resolve them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KUMMARA, ITS TEAM MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

- ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN LEADERBOARDS, SCORES, OR OTHER CONTENT;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;
- ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR LINKS.
Since the Service is provided free of charge, Kummara's total liability (if any) shall in no event exceed the amount you paid to Kummara for the Service, which is zero (0).
Kummara shall not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:
- Your reliance on the Service for critical, competitive, or high-stakes activities;
- Misuse of the Service by you or third parties;
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, or internet outages).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, Kummara's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
